Friendly and super helpful staff.

When I've have long term care concerns, or there was a smell in my mother's room, all it takes it one comment about it and they jump on it. It's very clean. Each unit has their own activities director and lots of activities going on, and the residents are able to go to other units and participate in activities there as well. The food is good, but they do servce a lot of fish and my mom is not a fish eater. They have really good desserts.

Reutlinger - Not Recommended
reviewed on: 09/24/2018 by AnonymousUnfortunately, I have to disagree with the other reviewers. My mother has lived at Reutlinger in Assisted Living for more than 3 years. During that time, the organization has experienced much staff turnover, reduced its activities program and is generally poorly managed. I can't recommend Reutlinger at this time.
