Mom Is Getting Good Care
reviewed on: 09/12/2013 by PaulSome of them are really really nice but some of them seem to be disgruntled and unhappy. It depends on which person you meet walking down the hallways. If it were my business I would want some of the staff to be much more friendly than they are. The people who are in direct contact with my mom are really good. My mom fell and skinned up the back of her hands and they've been changing the bandages a couple of times a day and doing a good job of it. She fell at my house so this is not uncommon. They play games and have singing and trivia quizzes where they ask questions from back when they can remember. The have good food and it's very convenient the way they arrange things with Kaiser and the pharmacy.
I think Villa Marche is great for pat...
reviewed on: 03/17/2014 by AnonymousI think Villa Marche is great for patients that are mobile and only have memory issues. We were told they offer skilled nursing services, but I don't think they realistically can. The caregivers are great but are just too thinly stretched to give the medical care that some need. The caregivers are WONDERFUL, caring people. I don't think they should claim to provide "skilled nursing" however, they were a godsend to us when we needed them. They are awesome to provide care in the difficult area of dementia/alzheimer's.
Nice facility!!
reviewed on: 12/05/2016 by AnonymousI thought the facility was very nice when I toured and the staff where very welcoming upon arrival. They gave us a detailed tour of there community and answered any questions my loved one and I had for them. The only down fall was there was an awful bathroom odor throughout the complex during our visit I was not impressed by that.
Caring and friendly community
reviewed on: 06/29/2020 by AnonymousThe residents wandered around which was hard for my mom. Family need to visits everyday to check in with the staff and their family member. The caregivers were friendly and kind. The food was okay and they were able to accommodate her dietary restrictions. Whenever my mom needed something, they would accommodate her.
