reviewed on: 05/25/2021 by Lisa BWe chose Casey's Pond because it was convenient location to family and they were just so helpful in trying to get everything put together compared to other places that we were looking at. The room sizes were decent for what she was there for and needing. They were excellent with communication, they called 3 times a week to give us an update on her and would try to facetime my grandpa with her. They did a great job trying to give her a variety of foods to get her to eat. I would absolutely recommend to others.

The care taker has been very helpful and caring. We like the care taker that arrives on time and is willing to help with the care for my father. We would recommend both the service and the care taker for other families that want good in home care

My father in law has been a difficult situation and they have been nothing but patient and helpful. They can care for all types of people, from independent living to skilled nursing. They treat the resident great , very caring and loving and respectful. I know this is the best place he can be right now. They are caring for him very well here and I would recommend it.
