They Make It Homey

reviewed on: 06/08/2021 by anonymous

They're extremely friendly. Recently they have had a big turnover in staff. I understand they were bought out by a different corporation, so I'm sure that's the reason for the changes. The staff that have stayed are super nice and super cooperative. If I have any concerns, they address them promptly. It was just a matter of change itself, which is difficult for families as well as the residents, and the fact that the changes weren't communicated to us. You put your trust in someone, and then find they're no longer there. There was just a lack of communication from upper management. But communication with the daily staff is good. The food is excellent. It's fresh and seasoned well. It's good quality, for instance the salad is never wilted. It's just very fresh and tasteful. The new management has implemented some renovations, and the resident rooms are all completed. I'm very happy with how the rooms turned out. I also like that they have increasing levels of care, so we shouldn't have to move our loved one any time soon. Financially, it's the most reasonable place I could find. You can find better places, but most often the average person can't afford those places. But I have seen worse places. Overall, you get what you pay for. If you have average income, you're going to get average care.

Not a great choice.

Look somewhere else. Management is very unprofessional and they are running the place into the ground.
