A Great Place for Mom
reviewed on: 06/02/2020 by RichardMy mom is a hard person to take care of and they are doing a great job. They have shared rooms. The food is good but some times it is cold. It is in a good location. The management really tries to take care of all the residents needs. They are a good bunch.
Cost effective and friendly
reviewed on: 06/02/2020 by AnonymousThe food was good. It is a good value for your money. They had nice patios. It was a perfect place for my mom. We moved her out to be with my brother. We had a very positive experience at Lakeland Manor. I wish she was still at Lakeland Manor. The staff was friendly.
Dirty and Nasty
reviewed on: 12/02/2013 by DaughterIt was dirty. The caregivers didn't know what they were doing. It's like the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing. They didn't stay on top of care with her, and when we would visit, we would have to tell them what to do. Smell and total mold in the bathroom were disgusting. The rugs were so nasty you wouldn't want to walk on them. When we moved her in it was all we could afford, but when the circumstances changed, we moved her out.

No supervision here thats for sure not only that, but he had just been released from jail! Your management tesm needs to resign, and state close your door forever. I have already found a very nice place for my loved ones. Much better atmosphere here too! Goodbye!
