Lovely Quiet Environment
reviewed on: 08/22/2017 by AnonymousBrookdale Lutz is really a lovely community. It is surrounded by trees in a wooded neighborhood. It is a smaller laid-back quiet environment. My mother in law she really likes the food. They do not offer a lot for people who eat a strictly vegan diet. So far she has participated in some of the activities that they offer, and she is going to attend an exercise class tomorrow. They do provide transportation for excursions out and about which she has also engaged in. We thought it was a nice touch when they appointed her an ambassador to help her become more familiar with her surrounding and what was available to her. I would definitely recommend this community to others.
Overall great community
reviewed on: 09/03/2020 by AnonymousWe really liked the staff when we first came to visit, they were very friendly. The community has a very welcoming feeling to it. They have a few different room sizes to choose from, and we would recommend this community to a family or friend.
Highly Recommend Atria
reviewed on: 08/14/2020 by HelenWe chose this community because of the appearance, the fact that if you go in as independent and then you need to add assistance, you don't have to move apartments or buildings, and the dining room. It was nice, it had a very broad menu, for example if you wanted breakfast for dinner you could do that. The room sizes were average based on other places that we looked at. Our favorite part about this facility was the fact everybody cares. My mom was hospitalized and one of the aids from the facility came to visit her. Everybody here would go the extra yard for their residents. The only downside was if you need more than one persons assistance, they cannot accommodate which is why we had to move my mom.
I am very happy with the service.
reviewed on: 09/25/2015 by AnonymousHe is getting very good service, I am very happy with the service. He has had no complaints. He is eating well, and likes the idea that he can go down to get what he wants when he wants. The billing was a little confusing, but they sat down with me and explained it. We chose them because everyone seemed happy there, other places we looked at the residents all looked unhappy like they just wanted to leave.
