A wonderful home for your loved one

After interviews at several facilities and arriving at Cypress Creek, we knew we had come “home”. From the owner, to the management staff, to the lovely caregivers and technicians in what would become mom’s neighborhood, everyone exhibited sincerity and professionalism. Before COVID-19, I visited the facility every day and I can attest that in the year and a half my mother has been there, I was continually impressed by how personalized her care was, the staff’s compassionate and the level of engagement they attain by constant interaction and creative activities. Even with COVID-19, we continue to see mom (with precautions) and have been so impressed with their actions. We are so very thankful we found Cypress Creek!

It is never an easy choice to place your loved one in someone else’s care. However, I chose the right home for my father. Cypress Creek looks just like a home, not a nursing home. Activities are abundant and the staff makes every attempt to get their residents involved in social activities. My Dad was prone to falls and I received a phone call from a nurse immediately after the fall. Cypress Creek was extremely clean and well maintained. During the Covid pandemic they kept their residents safe and family members were well informed. My Dad was able to have daily communion most days and attend religious services in the facility. The staff always treated my father with dignity and respect. And most importantly, my father was happy there. I would not hesitate to recommend Cypress Creek Assisted Living for anyone looking for a safe home for their loved one.
Cypress Creek was a very comfortable experience for my dad.
reviewed on: 01/27/2021 by Diane CMy Dad lived at Cypress Creek for five years. He enjoyed excellent care from a variety of girls. One girl in particular stayed there the whole time. I think that speaks for a quality residence facility when they can keep good staff. Since my dad has passed on, the staff at Cypress Creek has reached out to me with sympathy and compassion. They made the ending of our stay there very comfortable in a very uncomfortable Covid 19 time. I’ve recommended Cypress Creek to many people especially during the Support Group that they offer. I would encourage Care Givers to look at all the possibilities, but settle at Cypress Creek.

Cannot be more thankful
reviewed on: 01/25/2021 by A very happy daughterThis is a home run. Of course it is clean, nice, pleasant BUT IT IS THE STAFF. TRULY ONE OF A KIND. YOU COULD NOT ASK FOR A BETTER TEAM. My parents transitions was quite bumpy but the staff was with us each step and they assured my sister and I that they have seen this before and they would walk us through it. They were absolutely right. Any questions, concerns, we just call and our questions are answered. We are really impressed with their handling of the COVID situation as well. They have kept us informed and have gone above and beyond to make sure families can stay connected. My sister and I cannot be more thankful to Cypress Creek and its entire staff, despite the extreme stress this past year, they have handled it with such grace and compassion. Caring, compassionate, responsive ... just does not seem to be enough.
