One area I can think of where they might could improve a little is that I do think they could use a little more instruction in memory care. Overall I am very pleased with The Woods and would recommend them.

reviewed on: 01/22/2017 by Anonymouswe found about two out of six caregivers who are very efficient and that we would like to take care of our family we have had issues with scheduling and the unavailability of the scheduler via text or voicemail from the caregiver family or the staff – we have overnight staff who sleep through their overnight rotation. we have had caregivers who have not shown up -not to their fault but have not been able to coordinate with their coordinator because of inability to contact the coordinator
