reviewed on: 07/21/2015 by AnonymousBenton House of Woodstock is a very nice place, overall, I'm very satisfied with my choice. The people here are friendly, and the staff is caring and professional. The facility itself is nice looking, and always very clean. It's a little on the pricey side, but they do a great job!

reviewed on: 10/21/2021 by Susan BIt's been a good experience. Staffing has been an issue due to Covid. They've had some challenges with the director, just a lack of communication upfront. But I think most of the staff is very supportive. Repeatedly, they've lost clothes in the laundry process. But all in all, it's been really good experience.

All of the other residents agree. I am not sure what happened. They still have the same chef. She is not happy with that at all though. Other than that everything seems to be really good here. She likes it.
