reviewed on: 06/19/2018 by Anonymousthe facility has really came a long way. Its clean, caters to all ages, offers alot of activities and you never smell bad odors like you do in alot of facilities. Its like a city within a city with their own facility store, activities all the time scheduled, dances, church services, shopping trips, even the casino once a month for the ones that want to go. The staff are helpful and friendly. They even have notices posted at entry where the state and governor have sent letters commending them on no deficiencies and the noticeable hard work that has been done there.

reviewed on: 07/20/2020 by AnonymousThe facility needs to be updated. A complete overhaul from the top to the bottom. There's a lack of communication from the staff to the residents family. Medication is sometimes withheld from the residents.
I would not recommend Carrington at Cherry Creek!!

He is legally blind and he does not think he is receiving the proper amount of medication. He has made friends with the head nurse and she does what she can to assist him. This is an older community and it seems run down. They have not completely fixed the leak that was in the apartment above him. We cannot afford another community or we would move him out.
