Mom loves it!
reviewed on: 12/30/2013 by DaughterThis place has a great community. It was an adjustment for Mom getting used to this style of living, but she has met some wonderful people. There is a good selection of activities provided by the facility, and the residents have organized activities of their own, things like card games, dominoes, etc. It's also a good size, there's plenty of people to interact with, but it isn't overwhelmingly large. We really have no complaints, other than the high cost of places like this.

I visited Glen Meadows last week for the first time - what a beautiful bit of paradise. If you are looking at retirement communities in the Baltimore County area, be sure you check it out!
Independent living review
reviewed on: 03/29/2013 by Donna GMy mom has been at Glen Meadows for almost a month. She is thrilled though she is living in a small, studio apartment. She went there right from a rehabilitation center and was weak and depressed. She has turned around so quickly regaining her strength, independence and cognitive functioning. It has been amazing. It is an affordable place with lots of amenities such as activities to meet everyone's needs. The rooms are extremely well lit and both the staff and those calling Glen Meadows home seem to always be friendly and helpful. It is important that you give it a chance and get out to meet people in order to take advantage of what they have to offer. Thank you Katie Meadows for turning us on to this wonderful place!
