reviewed on: 07/03/2014 by AbbeyDo not send your elder here. The way that staff and management both treat the residents is not right. You walk in and it instantly smells horrid, the cleanliness of this place is putrid. Residents will sit at the table all day, and do nothing else as the staff play on their cell phones. Though staff may look certified most of them are not, they simply received six hours of training and right of the bat they can pass pills, pike your loved ones with needles, and sneak pills into the residents food. Though their pills are prescribed I don't believe that the pills should be forced upon them. They put on an act that this is a great place but there are so many resins not to send your lived one here. Please reconsider.
