Substandard care
reviewed on: 03/21/2014 by AnonymousThis facility has not been updated for years. for instance the bed locks our rusty and cannot be locked without a hammer. Our mother was there for 2 months and her Alzheimers medications were never given... even with frequent questions and family checking and outbursts of sadness and crying no one checked that meds that had been specified by doctor and family never were ordered or given. One good nurse finally dug to the bottom of the chart and found all the errors. other residents have fallen and now staff have left...
