Wonderful place!
reviewed on: 04/06/2016 by AnonymousOur loved one lived at Hillcrest Mable Rose, and we couldn't have been happier with the place! It was a beautiful community, they took great care of the residents, and they did a wonderful job with the meals! We had no complaints at all with the services they provided! The only issue we had was some confusion about when her medicaid could kick in, which ended up being longer than was feasible for us, unfortunately.
Large Up Front Fee
reviewed on: 11/22/2013 by DaughterT Hey wanted a $12,000 up front fee and that wasn't feasible for mother. Other than that everything about the community and the staff seemed fine.
Caring, Compassionate Staff
reviewed on: 12/09/2020 by V. H.I'm really pleased with the communication from the staff to the family. This was a good choice for my loved one. The activities when they are able to have the residents participate; the community keeps the residents engaged in everything offered.
