reviewed on: 11/14/2018 by DanaI only have 3 minor complaints 1. The move in Coordinator Nikki was not pleasant 2. The room needed cleaning on move in- day. So instead of moving right away I had to spend about 2 hours cleaning. 3. I don't receive the bill until approximately the 7th of the month, and it is due on the 10th. Other then that my mother is very happy here. The residents and resident coordinators are very nice and there are many activities. The cleaning lady Phyllis is very kind to my mom and even takes her to church.

However even though this is a beautiful place to live, it is pretty expensive and we felt at times it was all about the money, and during COVID they had raised the rent which we did not like. Most of the staff members were very friendly to us. Some activities this community offered were exercise classes, movie nights, happy hour twice a week. There would also be live piano entertainment, and arts and crafts. They would also take the residents out to the mall or other stores. The rooms are very nice, and large. Our loved one lived in a deluxe one bedroom, it had nice windows and the bathrooms were large, and wheel chair accessible if needed. It had a small kitchenette where there was a refrigerator and you could bring your own microwave, and there was a nice seating area. We described this as a fancier college dorm. Our loved one enjoyed the food most of the time, the served a couple of different entrees and you could either eat in the dining hall or have a staff member bring your good to your room. They were very accommodating.

reviewed on: 11/14/2018 by Maryanne BurnsI have been very happy with the Woodbury Mews. My mother had been living with family members, and she has been happier at the Woodbury Mews memory care. I believe that being with people her own age going through the same situation has helped immensely. There are always activities planned and the residents are encouraged to join in. They also take the memory care residents on local trips that seemed to be thoroughly enjoyed by the photo's they hang in the hallways. The food looks appetizing and my mother seems to enjoy it. The value is good compared to other facilities. The staff is friendly and seem to truly care about the residents. I have peace of mind knowing my mother resides there.
