Good experience
reviewed on: 04/28/2018 by LoriMy mom was there for three weeks following a mini-stroke. She liked it very much. It was clean and the employees were very friendly. Mom liked all of the food (except fish one night was too bland). I liked visiting her there and could even take my little dog to visit her, too! I liked the secure entrance. Her therapists were all professional. The staff seemed to enjoy helping people, although my mother is easy to work with and in very good physical shape.

I experienced rude nurses, poor dental care and grooming, lost items including a partial plate, a broken leg due to improper transfer, wait times for a call button request of up to 45 minutes, breakfast food still on clothing when visiting at lunchtime, and more. I could write a book! Please don't go by looks or friendliness of personnel.
