Pitiful, sad place that should be shut down forever.
reviewed on: 07/04/2015 by Call me "James"Poor care for residents, monetary discrepancies by administrators for failing to provide monthly statements when asked for my brothers accounts. Unhealthy meals, safety issues, No fire drills taking place on a regular basis, and when they do, they are " scheduled" residents are evacuated to the front porch then the alarm is pulled. Resident are charged 2 and 3 times for the services they pay out of pocket for. When you ask to speak to the administrator she becomes immediately unavailable in her basement office. If a resident voices a complaint there is strong retribution toward that resident. I will be looking for another placement for my family member. This woman's business should be immediately shut down by the Department of health.
