Community Reviews
They try to be very responsive and accommodating
reviewed on: 10/08/2021 by MicheleThe Pointe could work to improve on their overall general maintenance, the carpets in the main hallways need work and again just the overall maintenance. They are making a really good effort but we would of wished for more extended training for the aid staff.
Our experience at The Pointe
reviewed on: 09/03/2021 by anonymousWe chose The Pointe at Cedar park because of the convenient location and they got a pretty high rating. When we visited he really liked it. The rooms are kind of like a large studio, about 500 square feet. They raised his rates tremendously and he has only been here 5 months. They only gives you a months notice as well. They told us every October they raise the rates but they were not able to give me an exact number on how much.
One of My Top Picks

The staff was kind and friendly. My questions were answered, they were very informative as well. This is a nice community with very kind people.
Thankful for Caring, Competent Staff
reviewed on: 10/08/2020 by Susan EllisJust want to give a shout out to the folks at The Pointe. Hey, do you know how hard these folks have worked to care fir your loved ones? No Covid cases among the residents. Great accomplishment! I have some folks I want to highlight here: Rashika and Janice. Rashika has a way with my loved one, (who can, at times, be difficult to work with)-she notices details. I am so grateful for her watchful eyes! Janice is upbeat, with a sunny disposition. She’s often the first person you speak with/see. When I drop items off for my loved one, I know they will get there. I have great confidence in her! Please know that there are so many more that I’d like to mention. Suffice it to say-the staff is the reason my loved one resides at The Pointe!
Very lucky to have The Pointe Cedar Park!
reviewed on: 08/28/2020 by Debby WilliamsThe staff at The Pointe is wonderful and they create a friendly and family like environment for the people living there. They have a lot of processes in place that really help families manage the care of their loved ones. I am always able to reach someone when I need help or have a question. My mothers room is a great size and the room is nice and updated. My family feels very luck to have found The Pointe and Mom is much happier and well taken care of.
