Community Reviews

5 stars all the way!!!

The staff at Pheasant View are awesome. This is a small community so you can get to know everybody and not get lost. Mom says the food is good and while I have not tried it myself it does look good. The community is clean and the grounds are well taken care of. They have a lot of activities for her to participate in. I would recommend this community.

My Mom has been at Pheasant View for 6 weeks now and the experience couldn't be better. They are kind, friendly and attentive to her. The surroundings are pleasant. She is really enjoying. They have been helpful and welcoming to us as family members. The facility is small, but well staffed.

Not Impressed

Never can get ahold of someone. No one in office. Only one aid in the memory care unit. Voice mail is full.

No no no...

Not a quality place. CNAs are not trained properly, constant turnover and management changes causes quality to suffer. Can never get a hold of anyone when you call their phones. Do not put your loved one here!
