Community Reviews
Feels Like home!!
reviewed on: 08/05/2016 by AnonymousI'm very impressed with the community. My mother has been getting wonderful care and attention from the staff. It's a 5 all the way can't say how happy i am with this community. They bring a pleasant atmosphere for my mother. They offer activities it is very clean and tidy. My mother is disappointed in the meals. There has been a change in the beginning they were tasty and fresh lately they have not been very enjoyable.
Great for my sister, great for her family
reviewed on: 02/27/2020 by Karen BryanThis is a fairly small facility, which makes it very good for my sister. She needs a lot of help (advanced Parkinson's), and the staff responds very quickly. They're very kind and patient. My sister is one of those people who hesitates to ask for help because she doesn't want to be a bother; at The Wentworth, she's encouraged to ask, even for the small things. The food is good too. I've had lunch with her a couple of times. The location is very handy for me and other family members. They even provide transportation to medical appointments in a well-appointed van. I really don't know how this place could be a better fit.
Nice Place!!
reviewed on: 07/10/2017 by AnonymousI have no complaints about how things went for my loved one and I during our tour of this community. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions that we had for them in detail. I was impressed with the open floor plan and all of the great amenities they had available for the residents. It was just not the right fit in the end decision.
Good to bad
reviewed on: 11/12/2020 by DaughterMy mom recently passed away there. She loved the facility and the former Ed, she would visit with her just about every day and it made her day. After she left it seemed everything went down hill. They cut back on the nurse to only a few days a week, and she is not a patient person. Maintenance went down hill, couldn’t get anyone to fix a simple thing. The new Ed, is just a young kid who can’t relate to families and residents due to lack of life experience. Just sad that my good experience went bad. I would not recommend the facility. I looked at recent reviews and it looked as though they had all the staff give a review the same month? Doesn’t seem genuine. Hope for the other residents sake it gets better.
