reviewed on: 02/16/2016 by AnonymousVery nice staff and residents seemed busy and content. I like the integration of assisted and independent residents from the point of view of the individual. As people lose their health they dont have to move. However it does make fewer people out and about involved with activities. Lori was wonderful--very helpful with questions way beyond her facility. It is an older facility not my first choice because the grounds are limited more parking lot than garden. The rates are reasonable and some rooms have a nice view.

reviewed on: 03/03/2016 by AnonymousI helped my friend with finding a place since she is now at a point where she cannot live alone. I contacted A Place For Mom and I am very happy I did. It made the process so easy and Claremont East has turned out to be the perfect place for her! There are plenty of activities for her to participate in and she likes the food but still has the option to cook her own meals if she'd like. Claremont East is not at all institutionalized and is actually very warm and welcoming. The staff have all been extremely helpful and informative. I couldn't be happier for my friend!
