Community Reviews

Don't overlook this great place!

reviewed on: 02/11/2014 by Anonymous

My family member has lived here for 1+ years and is very content. The facility if small, homey and easy to negotiate for those with memory issues. Care staff turnover is very low and they are kind and genuinely concerned for their resident's welfare. They work hard to tailor their care plans to individuals' specific needs and preferences. They have a varied menu and very good quality food. The apartments are not fancy but cozy and nicely maintained. The only downside is doorways could be wider for easier walker access, toilets need to be ADA height and they have an outdated emergency call system that uses wall intercom type devices instead of pull cords in the living and bedroom. Great place to consider if quality of care is more important to you then flashy amenities.
