I've been in the field for almost 4 yrs and I've learned alot from working at diff places and I believe that if u can respect urself at home and others u should be able to respect ur residents. There elders they don't deserve to be treated badly they are there for a reason and they deserve love and greatfulness and happiness to where they are.
