reviewed on: 06/16/2020 by AnonymousThe have a great location. The staff is good. The food is pretty good. The layout of the community is good and the room sizes are good. The do not have much outdoor for the memory care. They have a seciure memory care.

They truly make this house a home atmosphere. The activities are awesome...exercise, crafts, bingo, current events, devotion time, lots of music/sing alongs and special events...etc. The rooms are decent size and you can make it their own with their own belongings. The facility is safe and alarmed for the alzhtimers/dementia patient's. Hairstylist in weekly.... the facility for being mostly carpeted is odor free... it's comfortable and my mom is comfortable and that is what is most important to us, her children. We are grateful we found Matthews of Neenah/memory care for our mom!

While at times it seems they are a bit short staffed, reality is they do a wonderful job. The place is clean, accommodating and a place that gives family members a level of comfort knowing their loved ones are being cared for. Erin is amazing and does a great job of running the show. While my father has been a handful, they are doing their best and always communicating their plans for his care. It is very tough seeing your parent going through this illness, Matthews provides a high level of comfort to the family. Highly recommend Matthews of Neenah.

They offer a variety of activities including bingo and singalongs. They offer a lockdown memory care unit. This is a very clean beautiful community. Her room looks like a small hotel room as it is warm and inviting. I would recommend this community.

They offer him a alot of activities that he enjoys quite often. We would recommend this community for a good value with great care for family and loved ones.
