A Nice Place
reviewed on: 07/07/2020 by MikeFor the services, they offer the prices are good. The staff is very competent and caring. Weekend staff not as good as weekday staff. The food is lacking. The room sizes and layout of the community are good. They have outdoor space.
Cordial, Knowlegeable Staff
reviewed on: 11/04/2013 by DaughterWe liked that place but there was another place that was a little bit closer to us which was important. Regency was little bit less expensive. It was clean and the staff were very cordial and they were knowledgeable. I would say at some places, if you're not management, typically you have to have a gift for caring for people to be in that business, since they don't get paid very much sometimes. Because of that, sometimes the helpers are not always the most friendly but I think you probably have that everywhere.
Levels of care
reviewed on: 01/31/2016 by Anonymouswe were told whatever level of cRe my mother needed would be met. However, once there, we were informed that she couldn't not stay in her room during the day, but had to be in the main room with everyone so aides could watch her and ensure she didn't fall. . She doesn't like groups and was most uncomfortable and insisted being in her room. She was also restless. We were required to hire sitters 24/7 on top of the monthly fee. At $16 per hour we could not afford it. We removed mother from the facility and returned home with private nurse care.
It seems to be okay so far.
reviewed on: 11/20/2015 by AnonymousIt seems to be okay so far. The only thing I am a little unsure of is the level of integration into activities. I am not sure just how much encouragement is offered. The people are nice enough, and it's clean. We liked the straight hallways, and how easy it seemed to be to navigate, even if it is a little more institutional.
Very Friendly People
reviewed on: 12/30/2015 by AnonymousI think that the friendliness was the most important thing for us in deciding to put my loved one there. They do well in including the residents in the activities and encouraging all of them to participate.
