Wonderful Community, Caring for My Mother Well
reviewed on: 01/09/2017 by AnonymousThis is a nice community, and they are caring my mother very well. I know she is safe and receiving great care. The staff is wonderful. They are very helpful, and kind. There are nice activities offered for the residents. I've tried some of the food, and the meals are good. They do a good job with keeping the community nice, and well- kept. It has been a good experience. All is well for us at this community, and I would recommend it.
An honest establishment that gives great quality care.
reviewed on: 08/03/2021 by MelissaOur loved one has not been there long, but our family is having a much better experience at Regency. Everything is going great so far, we were upfront with them about our loved ones health issues, and they assured us they would be able to care for him and they have done just that. They were very honest with our family.
A kind and caring place.
reviewed on: 03/03/2015 by AnonymousThe people who work at Regency Retirement Village have been so caring and kind to my parents and all my family members! My mother moved into an independent living apartment and later moved into skilled nursing. My daddy moved into rehab and then skilled nursing. Both areas have been wonderful. I have been kept well informed as to what is happening at all times. It is a friendly pleasant environment. I highly recommend it.
A good memory care unit!!
reviewed on: 05/24/2016 by AnonymousI would recommend this community with reservations. The staff are not able to do anything with the residents unless they have a doctor's permission. We had an issue with my mom getting up for breakfast but we have resolved this and she is now doing well. The food is good and the community is very well maintained.
Very Friendly People
reviewed on: 12/30/2015 by AnonymousI think that the friendliness was the most important thing for us in deciding to put my loved one there. They do well in including the residents in the activities and encouraging all of them to participate.
