Review of Pacifica Chino Hills
reviewed on: 03/05/2020 by Joseph and Sharon GattoSince September of 2016, our mother, [name removed], what's a resident at the Pacifica facility in Chino Hills. In the beginning, due to her husband's illness, they were housed in the memory care unit. After his passing, Pacifica went out of their way to relocate her to the Assisted Living unit. This move would ensure that she would receive care specifically tailored to her needs. Recently, and opportunity became available that would allow her to utilize benefits she had acquired as a member of the Armed Forces in VA facility. Circumstances dictated that she be moved to that facility. We would be remiss, however, if we did not acknowledge and thank you and the staff of the Pacifica for the excellent care, comfort and companionship but she was provided to her all the time plus years that she was a resident. We cannot remember one instance that the management and/or staff fell short of her needs and our family’s interactions. For this we all wish to thank you and let you know you will always be remembered.
Nice and Clean but Not Very Warm
