Unique FeaturesThis community is located in a very nice area of Garden Grove. It is on a major street, but the building is set back away from the street. It is an old-fashioned 1960's style building. When you enter the building, it is bright and open. It has a lot of windows and large sliding glass doors which lead out into a beautiful courtyard with a large green lawn and a very large round fountain which was home to a duck family on my last visit. This is a two story building and every room has either a small patio or balcony. The dining room is very large with a wall of windows to the front of the building. There is also a pool table and a TV room.
The minimum age that a resident may be is 55 years old.

Older facility, higher overall energy. Farther from my parents home. Had good energy. Libby was also very concerned about my parents' well being. Libby+++.
