Convenient and Well Managed

reviewed on: 10/27/2014 by Anonymous

The Wilshire Vista Manor is a great place. It is conveniently located and well managed. The staff is friendly, caring and professional. My loved one sleeps most of the time, so, I don't know exactly about their activities, but I am sure there is lots to do. Overall, I would recommend the Wilshire Vista Manor to others, as we are very happy with their services. Hope this helps.

Drab, junky, slow response time to resident's calling for assistance. Does have all the needed services.

Horrible place, stay away!!

Don't even think of bringing your loved ones here. They got new ownership 5 months ago. The head administrator, Tia, makes things look good but don't let your eyes be deceived. The care is minimal and negligent. [removed]. Food comes from the 99 cents store and portions are small. They feed residents dinner at 4:30 pm and give a cold cereal breakfast at 8:30 am the next day, nothing in between. Snacks are a joke. All the residents lose weight, unless they can stock their own food and actually get it for themselves. My mother starved here, down to less than 80 pounds. They're so severely understaffed that residents can't get their basic needs met. I could go on and on. This place should be shut down. All they care about is the money.
