reviewed on: 05/01/2015 by AnonymousI think that they are only at about 45% capacity right now (they just opened up in September of 2014) so there are still some areas where they have to work the kinks out since it is a new facility. There is not a lot of socializing going on. It would be nice if there were more people and more activities going on, and encouragement of the residents to spend time together. Everyone there is super friendly! The kinks I mentioned will surely be worked out, I have no doubt of that. I am very pleased with Northstar Rancho Cordova.
My mother is pretty happy there so far.
reviewed on: 07/06/2015 by AnonymousSo far it's been good. My mother is pretty happy there so far. She hasn't had any complaints about food or anything. I would give them a four. We looked at some nice places, and one not so nice place, but this met our needs as well as our budget.
More cleaning!
reviewed on: 11/09/2016 by AnonymousThe food is really good here and my loved one really enjoys it. There are some staff that make the place better and the other staff is just plain bad. They are really under staffed and need more workers to be able to take care of the residents. There is to many times that my loved one has not gotten what he needs. The community is always clean, but the individual rooms were only cleaned once a week.

The other residents did not seem active, but they did have a variety of good activities offered. The mean seems appealing. The community was clean inside and out. This was nice, but not what we were looking for. We do recommend families to tour this community for the care that is offered
