Wonderful place, caring staff
reviewed on: 02/24/2021 by Rebecca RLet me start by saying that I am not one to leave reviews, but I want to let everyone know what a great experience we had with Rose Place. Lori and the staff at Rose Place were an amazing help in transferring my mom here. Although I had to physically move her, Lori was extremely knowledgeable in helping me understand the process, what my mom needed and what they would provide. This gave my family peace of mind in what was otherwise a pretty complex situation. Alicia presented an organized and clear contract and graciously answered all my questions. There are a lot of activities going on daily and I know my mom will especially enjoy the games and music. They have really turned this place around since last September. The place is very clean and organized and the staff is welcoming and friendly. It seems a lot of these reviews are old and with the old management. I would highly recommend giving Rose Place a call and checking the place out for your loved ones. They really care about the patients and that is very important to me. I know my mom will be well cared for there.
Pretty Good Memory Care
reviewed on: 08/29/2017 by AnonymousMy wife is in the memory care getting good care from staff who are always trying their best to make her feel comfortable. I'm there everyday talking to them and we have meetings about how to make it better for her and them. I see them handling the residents as best as they can but I also notice the residents are practically running loose through the memory area. Some training and education on how to handle would be better.
