Community Reviews
A welcoming place for anyone's parent
reviewed on: 05/15/2020 by Darryl PetersThe community is very clean, no odor, no stains, and the carpet is very well maintained. One day we were there a fire alarm went off and they operated very efficiently and kept everything under control. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming. We noticed not only when we came to visit, but when we came in unexpectedly, they were always very friendly and were willing to help us. They know all the residents by name and clearly treat them very well. The community itself is a little expensive, however we feel the care is worth the price. The respite services were very reasonably priced considering how high the care standards are. The nurses are very efficient and are very well trained in how to deal with seniors who need help with things like bathing. They are very careful, which my mother also very much appreciated. Before the Covid-19 pandemic, they had daily activities available for the residents to participate in. My mom also said the food is excellent.
My mother's care
reviewed on: 12/20/2016 by AnonymousI am very happy with the care that my mom received here. The staff members are outstanding. The menu was very good and my mom likes the choices. They do offer a good variety of activities. We liked knowing that the manager knew everyone's name and that is a great feeling to know that he goes above and beyond. I highly recommend this community for other families for the great care and value.
Exceptional Community and Care
reviewed on: 03/29/2015 by AnonymousExceptional community with high standards of care. Staff is attentive, friendly and provide excellent communication with families. Property is very well maintained inside and out--the attention to detail in creating a warm, hospitable and respectful environment for seniors is evident in every aspect of amenity and service. Long standing reputation with private ownership is visible in the operations and sets this community apart. High end, high quality, high standards yet affordable services you would find in a buy-in community. Highly recommend!
A place for anyone's parent
reviewed on: 07/22/2020 by DarrylI think the quality of the services is well worth the value. My mom felt like it was a family and the staff as well as the residents were very welcoming. She loved the food. They offered a very big variety in restaurant style dining. The caregivers very good. I would 100 percent recommend this community to other families. I was very satisfied with this community.
mom really likes it
reviewed on: 08/04/2015 by AnonymousMom is very happy at Sterling Inn. The nurses are all very pleasant. When it came to insurance, it turns out they do not have an official state nursing home license and that made a difference on what is covered. My mother really likes it there at Sterling Inn.
