Amazing staff and facilities.
reviewed on: 02/09/2017 by BillMy mom has been in the nursing facility side for over 2 years. She is a self pay and it is worth every penny. What a great staff, what great amenities. I love this place and highly recommend it for your loved ones.
They didn't have enough staff or stimulation here.
reviewed on: 12/29/2014 by Family MemberThey didn't have enough staff or stimulation here. Some of the nurses there had a bad attitude because they were so overworked. It wasn't a great experience there. I wouldn't recommend it there at all.
poor rehabilitation services
reviewed on: 04/22/2019 by SwissmissI recently was in this facility for rehabilitation after a spinal fusion. I was extremely disappointed at the quality of physical and occupational therapy provided. I was not allowed to leave my room unless accompanied by a staff member but, except for once, no one was available. That meant I was in my room approximately 23+ hours a day! They advertise that they provide 40 minutes of OT and 40 minutes of PT daily. My experience was that I received approximately 35 - 40 minutes a day combined. My room was the furthest from the small therapy room so most of my time was spent walking with the PT down to the room. Then she or he would say, “We have 5 minutes so what would you like to do?” The activity they would have me do all but once was to bounce a balloon to the therapist. By the 3rd day, I commented that they don’t seem to have a comprehensive plan! At the end of the session, the OT would join us and walk me back. That apparently counted as both OT and PT. Not right! I must say that once I received a shower with the help of the OT but that was it. During my week there, I had several different PTs and OTs, many substitutes so it’s no wonder there was no coordination. On Saturday no one came and on Sunday a different OT came to “provide” my 5 minutes of balloon tossing! I found the nurses and CNAs kind and thoughtful. But I finally decided to leave the facility because of the lack of therapy.
