reviewed on: 10/22/2015 by AnonymousFrom the beginning at Crestview Manor I've liked the people. The cost is the best, the value is excellent. It is an older facility and they have to share bathrooms. The meals aren't that great. They are bland and nothing special. Mom likes her room. She is trying to get to know her roommate. Mom is getting to know all the people. The worker people are trying to get to know her schedule. Sometimes they would check on her too early in the morning. Right now it's just getting used to everything. The rooms always look clean when I come. Overall things are going well here.

reviewed on: 06/17/2015 by AnonymousThings seem to be going very well at Crestview Manor! My loved one has settled in well, and I haven't heard a single negative word from any of my family members! The place seemed very clean and well kept when I visited, and the staff are friendly and caring.
Awful customer service 2 days straight over the phone
reviewed on: 08/04/2019 by AnonymousThis place and their customer service is HORRIBLE. Promises made over the phone and never followed through on. I found the community service opportunity for my son elsewhere. I'm positive judging from how I was treated over the phone that my son wouldn't have enjoyed it as much as he did working with the sweet cats and kittens at the shelter. If you can't keep your promises made over the phone, how do you keep them face to face. I would NEVER allow anyone in my family to stay here nor would I direct my friends to allow their family members to do so either.
