My Thought Of The Tour
reviewed on: 05/31/2017 by AnonymousThis is an older community and in need of some dire upgrading. The community has had numerous owners and so far they have not upgraded anything. The staff were nice and they did try to keep the community clean.
Love my Mom's new home!

The Palms of Longwood helped create a smooth transition to my mom’s new home. They understand that family is an important role for their residents and go above and beyond to include us in mom’s care plan, as well as make us feel welcomed at every visit. I sincerely appreciate all they do for my mom!

reviewed on: 04/09/2018 by SorrowfulCare is mediocre at best. Rooms are never properly cleaned. Family members come in and thoroughly clean the rooms. Rooms are old and dingy. The Food is awful. Giving 2 stars is a stretch. There are NO outings and non-existent activities. Great place to drop off your family member and wait for the inevitable.
