Unique Features
- Lely Palms, located in south Naples, has all the components of a CCRC, but is rental only.
- Sitting on a beautiful 28 acre campus, most residents live in the independent section, consisting of a 3- story building with 148 apartments. They also have 52 semi-attached villas, all with carports.
- Separate area has 12 AL beds. Also have skilled nursing and memory care in other buildings on the campus.
- Four styles of apartments: Studio, Alcove (large studio), one bedroom and two bedroom.
- Two styles of villas: Both have two bedrooms and covered carport that leads directly into kitchen. Some have open lanai, others have it glassed in for additional living space. Some have lovely lake views.
- Amenities include: Heated pool, nice party room, happy hour, bridge, library with Wi-Fi and magnifing machine, shuffleborlad, beauty and barber shop.
