Review of Spring Hills Hunters Creek
reviewed on: 11/10/2020 by Anna NennaMy mother has been a resident at Spring Hill Hunters Creek for several years. She considers at home and loves the staff. We Look forward to the day where she can fully enjoy the benefits that she had as in the past, such as dining in the dining room with a full menu option, the guests entertainers, the group outings. In the meantime, however ,there is no other place I would rather have my mother reside. Through my husband's line of work we have seen how senior facilities across the country are responding to the challenges brought about the pandemic.[name removed] has an extraordinary job of keeping the resident safe while also maintaining the quality of life. Additionally, clear communication and timely updates are provided to be nice. I am truly grateful that my mother, whom I love dearly, is able to call Spring Hills Hunter Creek her home.
Home away from home
reviewed on: 11/13/2018 by Magda BrownI brought my parents to Spring Hills a little over 3 months ago. They have been so happy living there. The staff is so friendly, it smells so good and the concierge makes sure that all of their needs and wants gets met. I was a bit concerned with the community being a bit older and smaller...but quite honestly I understand now how this makes the residents feel like they're at home.
Highly recommend
reviewed on: 01/28/2021 by anonymousWe chose Spring Hills Hunters Creek because it was the closest one to my home for the money and the director that I went through to get my mom moved in was excellent. They took care of everything and made the transition much easier. The room sizes here are very nice, they do also have options to choose from as well. Overall, they really care about each and every resident individually and they always call when there is a problem. I would highly recommend.
my mother is so happy at Spring Hills Hunter's Creek Assisted Living
reviewed on: 01/29/2014 by SheriMy mother is so happy at Spring Hills Hunter’s Creek Assisted Living. It looks like a cheerful small boutique hotel. The staff has been wonderful: kind, caring and upbeat. My mother enjoys the restaurant-style dining for all meals, daily exercise classes and numerous other activities. I sleep better at night knowing my mother is happy and well cared for at Spring Hills.
Great place, great staff, friendly residents and staff
reviewed on: 01/16/2019 by Patti CSpringHills Assisted Living at Hunter’s Creek is the perfect place for my mom. It is a safe clean environment. The dining room, activity room, beauty parlor, library etc are very accessible and comfortable spaces. The staff are friendly and eager to meet and exceed your expectations. Lots of activities to keep people engaged and active like Bingo, Bible study, exercises, crafts, musical programs from community clubs, and so much more. The menu is diverse and changes weekly with special items. The dining room staff are friendly and take the time to encourage people to eat. Really from the front receptionist to all the staff you can feel the care and sense of family. Nurses are on staff 24/7 and residents are checked on during the day and at night. My mom feels very happy to be in this warm and friendly place.
