Community Reviews
Very nice place, but very expensive
reviewed on: 03/26/2015 by AnonymousI thought that everything went excellent on the tour. I wasn't able to try any of the food, but the dining area looked good. They take the people who live here shopping and to Target once a week. I've seen them out at the supermarket where I shop. They keep them active. Food looks great, staff is attentive, and the reception area as well as the outside is very clean and that's very important. However, I think the price of the community is to high. Overall I think the place is excellent.
It felt like home from day one.
reviewed on: 06/19/2017 by Alan A.My dad and I visited four (4) Communities looking for a place for him and mom. We choose Spring Hills Assisted Living for two main reasons: First, they had a two bedroom suite available that was a perfect fit for them. And second, the community felt more like home and not like a hotel. A large number of the residents were out of their room visiting with others or participating in one of the many activities. The clincher was meeting Regina who is the Community Relations Counselor. Her caring attitude from the start made us feel like one of the family. She is amazing! My folks have been living there for one month so far and just love it. They have made a lot of new friends and the staff has been great. Their care has been superb. I would highly recommend Spring Hills Hunters Creek.

reviewed on: 07/18/2017 by Sheri MMy mother has lived in Spring Hills for over 4 years. Spring Hills is wonderful and their staff is superb. The building looks like a nice boutique hotel. My mother is happy there. The staff are extremely caring and do a great job. I sleep better at night knowing that the Spring Hills staff work hard 24/7 to take marvelous care of the residents.
Very friendly staff!
reviewed on: 11/11/2014 by AnonymousWe've had a great experience with Spring Hills Hunters Creek. It's a nice looking place, and everyone has been very friendly. I really appreciate how supportive and low-pressure they were during the sales process. I let them know that I was leaving the final decision up to my loved one between a few places we were looking at, and the woman we were working with thought that was great and didn't push at all.
Staff exceeds my expectations continually
reviewed on: 08/26/2020 by AnonymousIf we could give Spring Hills community 6 gold stars out of 5 we would. Due to COVID we haven't been able to go inside, but from the looks of it, it seems to be kept very clean. Since the residents have to social distance, the staff comes by each and everyone's room with arts and crafts, as well as exercise videos they can have. They even set up window visits for families to come see their loved ones. The communication between the staff, the residents, and their families is just simply amazing. The overall look over this community is something right of out an old time movie set. It is so fancy looking, really beautiful.
