reviewed on: 11/16/2020 by AnonymousMy only real issue so far is that there is a lot of turn over. This makes communication tough because we don't know who is always in charge. They often don't know who my grandmother is or what care she needs due to the turnover and phone calls are not returned in a timely manner The building is nice and the rooms are average size and it was clean.

It is definitely a quality place. I think that the staff do a great job and are they are very attentive to my mom and always call us whenever needed which is great since I live out of town. My mom shares a room with someone, and I think it is fine for what she needs. I would highly recommend to others who are looking.

A WONDERFUL PLACE

When I arrived at BAYSIDE TERRACE I knew from the staff, Friendliness, and Cleanliness of the place that my Aunt. I was so impressed with the building as it is being redone. My Aunt is in a completely new room. She has a wonderful roommate, She stay's busy by calling Bingo. When I call to check on her everyone is so nice, they put her on the phone. We chat and she tells me not to worry she is fine. I had a lot of sleepless nights till I found this place. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND BAYSIDE TERRACE for your loved one.

They have a very good staff, and they are taking good care of her. The community is nice, and clean when I visit. They provide good meals, and offer plenty of activities for the residents. I would highly recommend this community, it is working out well for us.
