Depends what is important to you
reviewed on: 11/04/2021 by JeffWe chose Atria at the time because of the location, it is very close to my house. It was also at the time a pretty good deal for the size of the unit we were able to get. All the staff are great, but they do not have enough staff members which is affecting the care and the food service. The individual building that they have, residents are not able to get in and out of. They have to ring a doorbell and wait for someone to come open the door which has been very frustrating.
Mom is still adjusting
reviewed on: 08/17/2017 by AnonymousThe staff are pretty good here at Atria. They keep mom's room clean and they are doing what they can to help her adjust to living here. They are helping her with her medication. The food is basically good. I would recommend this community.
Tour with Atria

The front desk staff were awesome and they did a great job showing up around and were amazing with their follow up. The only reason we went with another Atria was just for the location and Atria Evergreen were the ones who told us about them.
Great Care
reviewed on: 04/23/2020 by AnonymousWhen we first went to visit, my aunt fell in love with the community and didn't want to look anywhere else. That day, she decided on moving forward with her decision to move in to the Atria. The staff have been so concerned with my aunt and they call me all of the time with the different strategies they have to work with her more effectively. I have been really pleased with that. Initially, she really liked the food, but now she says it's overcooked and has no taste. I have to say that, personally, with I have eaten there, I thought the food was fine.
Nice place, but we had an issue
reviewed on: 01/24/2014 by Barbara MThis was a nice enough place, the staff were friendly and the place was always well kept and clean. However, at one point my loved one needed to be taken to the hospital, and we gave specific instructions on which hospital she was to be taken to, but they ended up sending her to another. Although this place was good overall, that situation was not acceptable and we ended up moving her to another facility.
