Comfort For My Father!!
reviewed on: 08/31/2016 by AnonymousI would recommend Cedar Hill Senior Living to friends and family. My father was in good hands. The staff was nice and their communication with us was good. The meals provided could use a little more taste to them. I felt like my father was in a safe place and also a very clean community.
Cedar Hill Senior Living
reviewed on: 06/24/2020 by AnonymousThey did a good job keeping the community clean. The staff was attentive to my mother and all treated her well. They were very nice to her and made her feel special. They took good care of her and helped her whenever she needed. They did offer activities for the residents to participate in and the residents did seem to enjoy what was being offered. We did think Cedar Hill was a good value for the price. I would recommend Cedar Hill to other families. The one criticism I have is that they did have a relationship with one particular pharmacy that they convinced my mother to go with. The same medication she was taking was much more expensive than what it was at the other pharmacy. After we cancelled her medication through the more expensive pharmacy, they billed us for several months after and did not refund our money.
A Good Place
reviewed on: 06/16/2020 by Jeffrey GWhen my parents first got there, the staff did a great job caring for my parents. When the new management took over there was a decline. I don't think the new staff is doing as well taking care of the residents. The food is good. They have a lot of outdoor space.
Staff is amazing!
reviewed on: 08/02/2016 by AnonymousMy mom is doing well at Cedar Hill Senior Living. The staff is attentive and very easy to talk to. They answer all of my questions and they make my mom feel very comfortable. The community is well kept and very clean. They have an activity room and they offer many activities that my mom can partake in.
Assistant Living Gone Wrong
reviewed on: 10/24/2015 by AnonymousThis assistant living is horrible a place. Some of the NA's screams at the patients and leave bruises on them. I'd never put my love one's in this place. Residents has told me stories and has showed me the bruises. The help is always short-handed and over-worked. They lie about their employee fulfilling their job duties so they don't get employee benefits. There is about a 90% turn-over with this company. Don't be foolhardy and gullible people. There is a reason this place charges less money. I know several people who moved their family members out of Cedar Hill because they were not taken care of. The place is not clean and the residents complains about the food. I've seen all this stuff with my own eyes and can't believe the stuff that goes on there. Both of my family members were transferred to a different assistant living and they are doing well now. On that note, hope you take this serious and keep your love ones away from here. Sincerely, A Concerned Family Member of Polk Country.
