Benton House is a nice community!!
reviewed on: 06/27/2016 by AnonymousThe community offers a full calendar of daily and nightly events. My Mother in law will be going there for the day program. I have not tried the food but we passed by the dining hall and it looked good I think I would eat it. The staff are very friendly, helpful and open to questions. The community is very clean and well maintained.

I toured quite a few when we were looking into options and this was definitely the best one I saw. However the level of care just was not adequate. My loved one had occasional breathing issues, and they did not did not know to handle these situations. I would usually find they had placed him flat on his back in bed, which was actually the worst positions for him to be in.

She is safe, and in good hands. The staff have been very helpful , and kind. Overall all is well, and I would recommend this community.

reviewed on: 09/24/2020 by AnonymousWe chose Benton House of Covington because of the feel we got when we walked in, it felt very homey and non-institutional. The room sizes here are good size. I have eaten here and the food is great, they serve is restaurant style and it if chef prepared from a menu with choicfes. I would say my favorite part about the community so far has been the availability of the staff members when you have questions or concerns. I would recommend.
