Community Reviews
A nice place!!
reviewed on: 11/17/2016 by AnonymousThey offer a lot of daily activities such as bingo, wheel of fortune and an exercise class. The community is clean. The staff are attentive and we have very good communication with them. The food is not the best. I would recommend this community.
I am grateful for Senior Living for finding this facility. It is wonderful.
reviewed on: 10/11/2016 by AnonymousI was very pleased when I took my mother to visit the Village Senior Living facility. When we walked in we felt like we were in a home visiting friends. Everyone was so helpful and nice and made us feel very welcome. Pat and the staff are terrific. Assisting my mother can sometimes be a challenge but they work with her and encourage her which she needs. She really likes it there. The food is good and for once she has only had positive comments on everyone there. We will be forever grateful to them.
Great Facility and Great Care
reviewed on: 11/14/2018 by JodyI have been very pleased with The Village at Renaissance, Griffin, GA. My aunt is doing well and the staff is taking very good care of her. There is one thing though that concerns me. They don't offer flu shots and a family member has to take the resident somewhere to get one. It is quite a chore to do this for my aunt. She is 98 years old and it is difficult to transport her. I have spoken with the director on two different occasions and she was going to check into this and she still hasn't given me an answer. I do realize that she is new and is still learning the job, so I'm trying to be patient.
The staff is nice and helpful
reviewed on: 01/12/2018 by AnonymousMy Mom lives here. The staff seems to be fine; they seem knowledgeable about the type of care she needs and are able to answer any questions I might have. The food is good and there are plenty of options per meal to choose from. They offer a few activities like exercises, bingo, and bible study. The cleanliness of the facility seems to be good and housekeeping cleans her room once a week. I recommend this facility.
Been There, Done That!
reviewed on: 11/15/2018 by anonymous.....formally from MichiganThis was our only choice when we moved here to Georgia. It is more for people that can't pay out-of-pocket. It was nice at first, but, went down hill after that. When we left, they were trying to rebuild its reputation.
