Care for a loved one.

The Change Has Been Good
reviewed on: 11/21/2016 by AnonymousThe care has got a lot better since I let the staff care for my husband. I had to give him some time to transition better. It makes me happy to see them shower and shave him. I do communicate with the staff daily and they give me their report. My husband has gained weight from the meals that he enjoys to eat. He likes green and chicken. The community is clean but I have asked them to air out his room due to the odor that lingers. Everybody is nice and they understand what I want to see for my husband. He is comfortable with all the staff now and they cooperate well.
They have been really, really good.
reviewed on: 05/12/2014 by Family MemberThey have been really, really good. They are very clean. The staff is very friendly, they have been wonderful. They have been quick to respond to any needs or concerns, there have only been a few things. There are good activities, and he is starting to get involved. The food is pretty good, but he likes a lot of vegetables, they do a good job accommodating him if there is something he doesn't like. We are very satisfied.
Very Nice But Too Far
reviewed on: 01/03/2017 by AnonymousI had talked with this community over the phone. They were all very nice and provided me with answers I needed. I decided that they were too far for the family when visiting our mom.
Seemed like a nice place
reviewed on: 01/21/2015 by AnonymousWe toured this community when we were looking into care options for our loved one. I thought Bentley Assisted Living seemed like a very nice place overall. The staff we spoke with were friendly, and I really liked the room setup here. One thing we were slightly disappointed in is that they did not have a secure outdoor area for their memory care patients, and my loved one loves to be able to sit outside.
