Good and getting better
reviewed on: 07/29/2019 by Sandra DI have lived here for 3+ years, and I can definitely tell you that the last 6 months since the new owners took over, things have improved considerably. There are new caregivers, all of whom are certified, and there are enough of them to properly care for the residents. Full time professional maintenance staff. Lots of renovations to the facility, full time activities director, weekly excursions, improved food service, improved housekeeping. And last but not least, an Executive Director that is open, approachable, understanding and really cares about the residents.
What a relief to be able to sleep at night!

She was originally in Independent Living but has recently moved over to Assisted Living. Compassionate professional staff members, great food, wonderful activities for the residents and a lovely community! Couldn't be more pleased! Great Place!
A great independent facility for mom or dad
reviewed on: 10/08/2020 by AnonymousWe chose Ashton Manor at Sugarloaf because when looking, we went to larger facilities that you had to walk far to to get to the dining room and activities area. My dad wanted something that was more confined. Ashton Manor is a smaller community and has close proximity to these things. The room sizes are EXCELLENT, they are very spacious, He had a 1 bedroom suite, he had queen sized bed, recliner, kitchen tables, chairs, a large bathroom, etc. and still plenty enough room. The best part about the community was the staff members, especially the recruiter. The staff I dealt with were phenomenal and they are what drew us into the facility. I would recommend.
They have been excellent during this time

However, they have just been excellent, they stay in touch with us and during this weird time we can call at anytime and the overall communication has been excellent. Everyone has really done the best that they can.

My dad loves the food and the care giving is very communicative with me about his care. He seems to be enjoying his time here at Ashton Manor.
