reviewed on: 09/11/2013 by AnonymousI would recommend Heritage Woods of Manteno. It is extremely clean. It is bright and cheerful. They have lots of activities, and fun parties. The food is excellent. My mom lived there for 2 years. The staff is very helpful and caring It is a good value as well.

reviewed on: 12/10/2020 by AnonymousWe chose Heritage Woods of Manteno because it was a lot nicer than the others options we were looking into. The room sizes here are sufficient for her needs. She has had no complaints about the food that they serve. For most of her stay here she has lock down so we haven't gotten to experience everything but overall I would still recommend.

The cleanliness of the community is amazing we are very very impressed. As far as we know the meals and dining service is very good, our loved one seems to really enjoy the food. The activities are still somewhat limited, but things are opening back up. We did have an issues in the beginning, somehow they had missed that our loved one needs insulin shots and it was missed for a couple of weeks. However that is now fixed and they are completely on top of everything.

reviewed on: 08/25/2016 by AnonymousEverything is working out pretty well for my mother here at this community. They have a good staff here, they are caring for my mother very well. The community is very well maintained. There are activities offered for the residents. She is pleased with the meals. but she isn't crazy about the seating arrangements. I know she is in good hands and being cared for well. She is doing good here and I would recommend it.
