Happy experience and love the community
reviewed on: 05/15/2019 by Jamie WLove the fact that they take Medicaid when my grandma needs it. The apartments are lovely and they have a lot of fun activities. It’s a warm place with a wonderful staff.

reviewed on: 04/27/2021 by Pamela FWe chose Heritage Woods because they accept medicaid and also it is very close to my home. My mom and dad have a 1 bedroom and it is adequate for what they need. The staff have been really good with communication, they have a family app that they use where they upload pictures and you get PDFs on what was going on as things were changing. Their doctor that comes in has been wonderful with response time, if I have concerns she calls or emails back right away. I would highly recommend them to others looking.

When I had looked at it for my mother they seemed to be expanding and adding on a few additions which I thought was great. They just did not have an insurance plan that my mother could use down the road once her money had run out.
