I have lived here for about 8 years. It's pleasant to live here. The apartment is spacious and bright. We have a nice courtyard, where we can walk. We have a 1/2 hour exercise every morning. The dinning room is bright. The meals are good and plentiful. Other services are good.

The staff are always friendly and willing to help when necessary. The facility is kept clean and welcoming as are the rooms we occupy. Other residents seem to be content and food is better than one would expect for a large facility. Well Done!

I have lived here for apparently 3 years. The meals are delicious, three times a day. We have multiple amount of games including board games, card games, Mexican train, Rummikub, etc. The courtyard is beautiful with a cement walkway, benches to sit and relax. A library to also relax in while reading a book. It is a great place to live.

My parents have been residents of Independence Village for about 2 1/2 years and they have always been satisfied with the accommodations. Recently my father passed away after a short battle with cancer. The staff was very kind and the level of care they provided allowed my father to stay at the Village until he passed. We were extremely grateful that he was allowed to pass at “home” and not required to seek care at a different facility. Our gratitude goes out to all involved. Thank you.
