The caregivers did a good job with my loved one and the staff was friendly. The service provided good value and help us out when we needed it. I would recommend this service to others based on my experience.

My review of Magna Home Health

We have had a great experience with them and they take good care of her. Their caregivers are very good and so is the owner. I would recommend them

Not the best experience

reviewed on: 07/30/2021 by anonymous

It seems that they have had a lot of trouble keeping reliable people, there is no consistency with the staff that were coming. The caregivers that they send are very nice, but we had a couple of caregivers who bring their children to my mothers house because they cant find childcare. We also had some issues with scheduling and caregivers not showing up. It was not the best experience.

I would recommend

We chose Waltonwood Ashburn because when we were trying to place my husband and I broke my leg at the same time. They did make it very easy and they were great to work with with getting things settled. They accommodated us and all of our needs and they also took the long term care insurance that we had. I do like that the dentist comes to the facility, there is a medical staff on site, barber shop, etc. so you do not have to leave the facility. My husband is int he memory care unit and they are great over there, the staff are all very nice and are great with communication. I would recommend them to others who are looking.

Great Staff

The staff are wonderful and very caring. The house is located in a nice neighborhood and has a beautiful shady courtyard and backyard. Meals are freshly prepared. Great place for your loved one who needs extra supervision and assistance with ADL's. Activities like bingo took place a few times a week, even during Covid quarantine. A max of 9 residents allows for appropriate staffing. My mom was well cared for while on hospice, which helped put my mind at ease during this very difficult time.
