Care Available When You Need it the Mostreviewed on: 05/18/2021 by anonymous
I will say that one of the things that we probably did not like the most was trying to establish a consistent team of caregivers, which we really wanted so that my loved one would get accustomed to the same people. That was a little bit of a challenge at the beginning, but we got there eventually. My advice would be to be persistent and patient, because they do try very hard to get you those consistent caregivers. It's important to keep open lines of communication, and sometimes it seemed it was hard for them to provide us information when there were schedule changes. So communication is an area they could work on. But I did like the fact that the majority of the caregivers that we worked with were responsive to my loved one's needs, and they seemed to have some background and experience in providing that type of care. They seemed to have a caring and empathetic type of nature. There were a couple that we did not mesh as well with, but we were able to communicate that with the schedulers, and they were able to make those changes for us.

My parents moved into The View 3 years ago. The minute we walked into the facility we all knew this would be their new home. The facility was immaculate clean and felt cozy. Mom & Dad immediately felt comfortable. Leaving their home was very difficult but moving into The View made the transition much easier. The staff has always been loving and provides very excellent care. There has not been a day they have been unhappy with the facility or services. My family has never worried about our parents. My father passed away at The View 2 years ago. The staff was incredibly caring and professional during this process. They have made mom feel loved after his passing. My family is eternally grateful! Our family feels like we have an extended family caring for our mother. We can't thank the staff enough for their concern and love they have shown to our family.
Would recommend them to anybody in need of home healthcare.reviewed on: 08/18/2021 by anonymous
They're very friendly. I can't rave enough about them. The people in the office are very concerned and caring. If they don't' have the answer to your question, they'll find someone who does to get you an answer. I feel like I've adopted our caregiver, that she's part of my family. My other family members have met her, and they feel the same way. Right now we have just the one caregiver, which is working out better for our family. They've been perfect, no complaints at all. They are a little expensive, but they're definitely worth it.

It is a great community. The Lord put them in my hands and it couldn't be more perfect for my family and Aunt. The communication is great. The way the staff treats my loved one with respect and care is amazing. I feel they really care with my loved one. Chris is easy to work with.
My review of Senior Helpers of Cameron Park, CA (AgingCare)reviewed on: 08/02/2021 by anonymous
The care givers who come for my loved one are great, their personalities work great with our loved one. Everything started out good, but now we are having trouble with the financial side of things as well as scheduling. They originally said they have enough care givers for our specific schedule, but that is not the case. Other than the disorganization with scheduling and the financials, they are great.
